Raised in the NWT, the North is a huge part of who I am. The land I live on is that of the Yellowknifes Dene First Nation. I have a B.A. from UVic in German Studies and History and a BEd for French Language Education from College Universitaire De SaintBoniface/University of Manitoba. I taught French in schools for over 15 years before Fibromyalgia stole that career. I am a Fibro-warrior. I fight my won body daily to get through a day. I am a Younique Presenter and take pride in selling make up and skin care that I believe in. I am currently taking a yoga teacher training in order to offer adaptive, gentle yoga for every body. I am a cat mom of 3. I love to read, garden and walk.

The Younique Foundation supports parents and guardians in their fight against childhood sexual assault. They also offer resources and Free retreats for adult victims of childhood sexual assault.
